We understand the need to be flexible in business and are easy to work with.

Sometimes our customers may need to cancel their placed orders, in whole or in part, and we accept cancellations to help our customers with these suggested arrangements:

1. Due to operational requirements we need to apply 72hours rule on all PO
2. Once PO is issued, changes within 72hrs will incur 10% service charges
3. After 72hrs the aforesaid PO cannot be reversed or altered
4. All PO marked “URGENT” once issued cannot be cancelled
